Integrations
Nothing to integrate. Start with a transcript.
Sealbook doesn't need access to your systems or your client's. It works from the conversations you already record, and sends results to the places you already look.
Microsoft Teams
Upload the .vtt transcript the meeting organiser downloads. Speakers and timestamps are kept, so every quote links to its moment.
Zoom and Google Meet
Upload Zoom's transcript file, or paste the text from Google Meet. The format is detected for you.
Fireflies
Connect once; chosen meetings arrive by themselves. Only the meetings you pick for a project are imported, never the whole calendar.
Otter and other notetakers
Paste or upload their export (plain text, .srt or .vtt). If it has speakers, Sealbook uses them.
Your Excel decision log
Already keep a log? Import the .xlsx or .csv. Columns are matched by name, you preview before anything is saved, and every row arrives as a proposal both sides confirm.
Clients confirm from a one-click email link. Reminders and the weekly report go by email too.
Slack and Teams channels
Paste a channel's webhook address. The channel hears when a decision is proposed, questioned, disputed, agreed or replaced, with a link back. Internal items never go out.
Your own systems
Signed webhooks for 16 events, including "agreed by both sides", and an import API with keys per user. Full API reference on every server.
Sign-in
Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google, or any OpenID Connect provider. Your people use the login they already have.
How long setup takes
- Hosted by us: a project and your team, about 15 minutes. Your first transcript can go in the same day.
- On your own server: one Docker command and a database; about an hour with sign-in, most of it waiting on your identity provider settings.
- Exports: CSV for Excel and a printable register (PDF), each with a fingerprint that verifies later. A whole-project export in a documented format, so you're never locked in.
Need something not on this list? Tell us; most connectors are a day's work because everything maps to the same import.
