Sealbook

Free pilot

Six weeks, one live project, numbers at the end

The fastest way to know if Sealbook earns its place is to run it on a real project. We do most of the work.

  1. Week 0: set-up, about two hours of yours

A short pilot letter, then Sealbook installed on your server (or hosted, if you prefer), your project lead and the client's counterpart added, email confirmations switched on. If you keep a decision log already, we import it.

  2. Weeks 1 to 5: the normal loop

Transcripts of your client calls go in. Your project lead checks the suggestions the same day and confirms for the firm; the client confirms from email. Reminders chase on their own. A weekly report goes to both sides every Friday.

  3. Week 6: the readout

A results sheet counted from the record, nothing estimated: conversations read, decisions agreed by both sides, days from meeting to confirmed wording, change requests caught, questions raised. Thirty minutes to walk through it.

What we ask of you

  • One live client project with at least one client call a week.
  • Two to three hours a week of your project lead's time; most of it is time they'd spend on recaps anyway.
  • Your client's agreement. We give you the security answers and a short note for their IT team.
  • At the end, an honest answer to three questions: which decision would have been disputed without it, what it cost you in time, and whether you'd pay for it.

What you get

  • The full product, free, for six weeks, and our time setting it up.
  • The record of your project, exported to you at the end, and deleted from the server if you want.
  • The reader scored on 20 to 30 of your own meetings, so you see its real accuracy on your conversations.
