Help us find out if our reader is any good

The work

• Read short project meeting transcripts, most under 15 minutes of talk.
• Mark what was decided, the actions agreed, who owns each one and any date given, using a simple page that runs in your browser, offline. No install, no account.
• Each meeting is labelled by two people separately, then the differences are settled. Nobody sees the reader's answers until every label is in and the set is sealed with a fingerprint.
• Remote, at your own pace, a few hours a week over three to four weeks. About 500 short meetings are needed in all, shared between the people taking part.

Who we're looking for

• You've worked on projects with a client: consulting, implementation, project management or account management.
• You read English closely, including the way people really talk in meetings, and Indian English with Hindi or Marathi mixed in.
• You have no tie to Sealbook: not a friend or relative of the founder, and you've never worked on the product.

How independence is kept

Sealbook doesn't choose the final labellers or see their work. People who sign up here are passed to an outside set owner (a pilot firm or an independent consultant). The set owner picks the labellers, agrees the rate with them and checks the labels. The full method is on the accuracy page. The result is published whether the reader passes or not.

Pay and data

• Paid. The set owner agrees the rate with you before you start, per batch of meetings.
• Transcripts are anonymised before you see them: names, emails, phone numbers and company names are replaced. You'll be asked to keep them confidential and delete them when you're done.
