Terms of use

For this website and the public demo. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Who and what

getsealbook.com and the public demo are run by Dhiraj Khivasara, Pune, India, while the Sealbook company is being formed ("we"). Using the site or the demo means you accept these terms. A firm's use of Sealbook on a project, in a pilot or under a licence, is governed by the agreement we sign with that firm, not by this page.

The demo

  • It uses made-up companies and people. Each visitor gets a private sample project, deleted within 48 hours.
  • Don't enter real client conversations, personal data about others, or anything confidential.
  • It may be reset, changed or unavailable at any time, and is provided as it is, without any promise that it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the demo, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam. Security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure rules.

What the site says

We work to keep what this site says accurate and say plainly what isn't finished or tested. Figures from third parties link to their source and are theirs, not measurements of Sealbook. The cost calculator gives estimates from the numbers you enter, not a prediction of your savings. Nothing here is legal advice: a confirmation in Sealbook records what named reviewers agreed; whether it binds anyone depends on your contracts.

Ownership

The Sealbook software, name and site content belong to us. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim there.
